Shipping policy

There will be 1 shipping cost for the parcel, whether its 10 items or 1. No extra fees per extra items.

The shipping will be calculated from where you are at checkout.

if you pay for 2 seprate items, and pay shipping twice, i will refund the difference once the parcel is sent.

I will always use Tracked/Signed for post as to guarantee traceability and to confirm that parcels have arrived, and so the customer can follow progress once dispatched.

If an order is high value i will use Special delivery (In UK) or Express shipping (outside UK)

Once sent Parcels become the responisbility of the Shipper/and Customer. I will do all i can to ensure they are sent with correct info/documents/post services/charges etc and use a solid service to ensure they have the best chances of arriving. In unusual circumstances where there is an issue, i will work with all parties to solve the issue best i can.

All parcels will be sent secuerly wrapped and well protected for the travel they need to make to ensure items arrive in good condition.  If damaged by the post on arrival the customer must let me know ASAP so we can sort the issue. A photograph of any damage would also be useful in those cases. (very rare)
